Phoenix Resource Technologies: a company history
1986-1992: Phoenix Resource Technologies, Inc. is formed
and partners with Galacticomm; PRT President/CEO, Wilfried H. Meybohm
serves as vice-president of Galacticomm and begins work on the
Galacticomm BBS. PRT is contracted to design the hardware specifications
for deployment with the Major BBS system.
1993-1996: Breaking with Galacticomm, Phoenix Resource Technologies,
Inc. develops software and hardware from small business to government
sponsored contracts. With the growing need from the customer base to establish
a business presence on the Internet, PRT begins construction on the Internet
Design and Developement facility.
1996-1999: The Design & Development facilities are opened to provide
service to clients who see the future of business on the web. Nicknamed among
the developers, "Quetzacoatl," the Design & Development facility has used the
latest technologies to bring high-end performance to their clients.
